I have two of these shelves and love them! I wish they weren't so expensive but they are very high quality. I have used cheaper frames like this in the past and sometimes they were warped or bent. Not in this case. I installed one of these under a shelf in my TV cabinet. I have a Furman power conditioner at the top of the rack that powers everything and provides current regulation and surge protection. Below that I have a 2U shelf that contains a cable box and a classic SNES. Below I have a 1U shelf that holds an Apple TV+ and an Apple Airport Express. So everything looks really clean. The other stand I installed under my desk is just a large plank of wood. My network switch is mounted on top, with a cable management box underneath, and the last two U's occupy a shelf that contains my router, my modem, a couple of POE injectors, and a USB fan that sits on top of my modem.
