I like that it's easy for users without tech skills or training as well as those who may not have full access at their organization/department level (ie: HR).
It was very difficult getting my department into using this product so any help they received from our Account Executive helped immensely! Not much has changed since we started but maybe there will be soon after launch of cloud platform in September 2018? I'd still suggest trying out other products though - some are better than others depending upon your needs within an organisation. We're able to easily communicate between departments through one website instead of having multiple different ones plus being more organized about updates to all staff via 1 source rather then many separate sources. This also helps us keep track of time off requests across several divisions which makes scheduling easier too.
