This product is great! For those who care about someone, this is amazing. There are 2 sound options: alarm and ding-dong. The alarm clock is very loud and ideal for nights to alert sleepers of emergencies. Ding Dong would be great for signaling a caregiver that a bedridden family member/patient needs help, be it food, water or the toilet. An alarm is definitely an emergency sound. I'll use this for my grandma first as she can move normally but if she falls I might not hear it. The range is pretty damn big and it works all over my house. Be sure to buy! It even has a stand or clip for a pager and panic button holders; There are also straps for panic buttons. Another great (or annoying) feature is that the tones coming from the pager don't turn off when activated with a button until you turn the pager off and then back on again. I personally think it's great because it keeps playing until someone gets warned and turns it off. Absolutely worth the money.
