Works but hard as a rock
This is hard as a rock. You will need to cover it with a soft cover so you can use it for knee strength building. Even my PT was shocked how hard it was.
- Perfect size. Works great for doing my floor exercises.
- May not be effective for individuals with severe muscle soreness or injury
