I decided that with creative videos and packaging I would pay twice as much for a wall mount system. I wanted it to be easy. And I was willing to pay for the convenience. That's the problem. There were no instructions with the product. And there is no reference to the online manual. He also scolded me for not being an RTFM. And that's okay. I know how to use google. But after I set this thing up (with a trip to Home Depot and a new set of socket wrenches), this wall mount pretty much decides where to tilt my TV down and to the right. It doesn't matter what I do. That is how I was. Cool company right? Your support is probably good - let's just reach out. Complete nonsense. I was directed to page 11 of the manual. It doesn't matter. Didn't even respond to the photo I took. Explains to tighten everything as if it's a new concept but not specific which of the 18 bolts to tighten. Also, the manual page in question has a lever that tells me to tighten it, but it's not there on my model. A. Or you can send me a new hand. Sounds funny. Avoid. Do something simple. The thing does not work and is not worth the price.
