Recently used on a multi day camping trip. As many have said the pans are of high quality and fold beautifully. I was able to save a lot of space by replacing several pots and pans with this cramped, compact and tidy set. That made a big difference since we were in a small car with a lot of stuff. There is no latch to keep the lid in place during transport. So if you want them to hold together securely you may need to use bungee or similar means. I carried them in a square duffel bag with more stuff on top and around them and had no problems. Used the pan to sear steaks and chops with onions, peppers, Dale seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and teriyaki sauce. My Coleman stove has very poor flame control and mostly cooks on high, ultra high and flamethrower power. This burned the sauces in the pan and left stains. I expected this, have done this to all my other pans and don't blame this pan. Guess it's time to buy a new oven! Pots are ideal for beans, corn, and similar foods. I have used them all and they are well made and a joy to use. And of course a big complaint. Just a grip. Changing the grip in a hurry is very painful as you have to bend it almost vertically to get it. If you've just put in a pot/pan and are in a hurry to remove another, this isn't ideal. I would like the seller to add a second handle and only increase the price by a reasonable amount. Upscale hiking and camping stores have replacement grips that work like pliers, but don't look particularly good either. Undecided whether to pay the high replacement costs or continue looking. If I find a suitable alternative, I will update the rating. In general I am satisfied with the set, I will buy more.
