Bluetooth heart monitor and cadence/speed sensor purchased. Both pair easily with an iPhone 5 and installing the cadence/speed sensor took less than 5 minutes. The problem I'm having is that when you start a new session/ride with all 3 gauges on green, the mph and distance traveled stay at 0 (zero mph and zero miles traveled). If you turn off the sensors, the speed and distance traveled will be recorded and adjusted. Autopause does not work when the bike is stationary even though the speed sensor is green. Support is at a snail's pace, making you consider upgrading to Gold status. I hope they can tell me what the problem is, otherwise a hardware refund and application removal is required. Please don't direct me to your FAQ page as I've looked through everything and none of your suggestions address the above issues. HELP. Update: Try asking the buyer to register the sensors on your website before opening the box or messing around with the iPhone. After registration everything works. The support was useless.
