Review on 🌲 HYDAWAY Hydration Travel Pack: 25oz Collapsible Water Bottle with Spout Lid + Compact Travel Case - Timber Edition by Onur Donovan

A cheap, soft floor destroys any stability.

I bought a Hydaway many years ago and I love it. The only drawback was the small size. So I was excited about this new 25 ounce version. Unfortunately, it looks like the company went the corporate route. You create a great product, get great reviews and customer loyalty. Then proceed to lower the cost of all your future products, thinking that for some reason no one will notice. The "old" generation Hydaway bottles had a hard plastic ring on the bottom layer. This gave the bottle high stability when filled and allowed it to stand upright. In this generation of bottles, the hard plastic ring has been replaced with nothing more than a thicker layer of silicone. The end result is a 'harder' soft bottom of the bottle, completely compromising its stability. The thing always tips over even with the smallest impact. It also often seems to fold down the sides. The other design change was the lid. Although I believe the idea was to make the spout larger, the end result is that it is now very difficult to open. If you have grip strength issues or any knuckle problems, it will be almost impossible to open. Nonetheless. If you just want a foldable water holder and don't care if it stands up, then this will work.

Cons
