When I saw this product I was amazed at how easy it was to use compared to cage nuts. However, when I got them, I found it quite difficult to get the puck into the rack. Depending on the stance you adopt, you may or may not have problems with it. I use an OEM rack and to install the washer I had to use a black screw cap to insert the washer. The steps are as follows: 1) Insert the rail bolts at a 45° horizontal angle, making sure the side with the washer insert faces the inside of the rack. Push until you hear a click, and then straighten the stand post. 2) Place the washer as far inboard as possible on the shelf post and align horizontally. 3) Unscrew the black cap until the washer fits into the insert on the rail post. (Or alternatively you can install the rack hardware first and then just unscrew the cap) 4) The washer should insert successfully and you are done. You can watch the short video I uploaded to see the washer being put in place. Note: It is important not to tilt the rack pin slightly to one side or push the washer in, keep the rack pin as straight as possible. If the washer spins when you put the cap on, just hold it still while you unscrew the cap. Your mileage may vary, but this worked for me. There is less risk of injury to fingers compared to bowling (at least for me). Hope this helped :) Cheers
