The software allows our organization to do online check-ins for our clients. Our staff will be able to quickly enter a ticket for a client or customer into our system via our mobile devices. Check Ins are quick and easy - saves us hours each day of processing guest tickets. I've yet to find anything I don't like about this product. We love using the online option! The best thing about this software is that it has a lot of features like I can set my own rules for checking in guests or even blocking them from entering if needed. There are some glitches with the system but nothing major so far. Just make sure you get all the necessary updates before using this product as there were many issues when we first started using this. We use this software to manage our customers' visitations to our office and also block those who don't follow our guidelines.
