I like that it allows me to see who has been in my office without having them come back into the building. The only thing i dislike about this program is how slow some of their pages load when you are trying to navigate through different sections of the page. The software allows our organization to do online check-ins for our clients. Our staff will be able to quickly enter a ticket for a client or customer into our system via our mobile devices. Check Ins are quick and easy - saves us hours each day of processing guest tickets. I've yet to find anything I don't like about this product. We love using the online option! I like that we are able see all of our guests in realtime without having an agent there! Its very helpful when someone walks through but then does not answer questions or needs assistance with something else because you dont know who it was until after handoffs for example; where do i put them?
