Review on Visitor Sight by Brandon Wynen

I like that we are able see all of our guests in realtime without having an agent there! Its very helpful when someone walks through but then does not answer questions or needs assistance with something else because you dont know who it was until after handoffs for example; where do i put them? The only thing about this program (visitors sight)i dislike/dont love so far as its been used since 2015 would be if there were other options available such as adding additional fields etc..but once u get everything setup correctly,it works great!! This app has been very helpful in streamlining our Guest Check In/Out system as well helping keep track of who we are serving daily or weekly! Nothing really that I dislike it but wish there was more options for some features such like creating new groups within an account since this would be great if you had multiple offices with different guests all using 1 login!! But other than just adding extra fields (which should already exist) its fine so far :).
