I bought one of these based on good reviews. When it arrived the auto shut off feature did not work. Apparently the magnets were not aligned correctly. I emailed Snugg about the problem and within a few days I received a new one, no questions asked. Very quick resolution to the problem.I have now been using this Snugg case for my iPad2 Air for about 3 months every day, all day long. It is rarely out of my reach. I love it! It is comfortable to hold, it is functionable, it is protective and I believe it will be very durable. I am a happy customer!
