I used them to replace the original gaskets on my Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 8GB. The VRM temperature increased from a maximum of about 79 degrees Celsius with standard pads to a maximum of about 75 degrees with these new pads. According to HWInfo64, the average VRM temperature was also about 5 degrees cooler. I ended up using just the thickest of the three sizes (1.5mm) and a total of 2 full spacers to cover all the required components (I just placed the new spacers where the old ones were). The pads are easy to cut and glue well enough that everything can be screwed in without slipping, but I wouldn't trust the glue on these pads to hold the heatsink on an m.2 SSD without screws or anything.
