The assembly is cumbersome - the holes are badly drilled. The end result is cute

Shame on the creators! The pre-drilled holes were useless. I wasn't expecting bloody fingers assembling all this with simple screws and a wrench. Even my 17 year old son with big strong arms struggled to get those screws in! Of course we got over it, but it's just annoying and my fingers are sore now and we have 1 slightly cracked screw. Even furniture from Ikea is a cinch compared to this rocking chair. However, the end result was fine and I'm sure my grandson will love it. I'll probably have to replace the loose, stripped screw and just screw in a new one. :(
