I used this rope for a 25ft swing/tree climbing rope and my whole family loves it! I'll probably buy a few more to make weights and playground spider webs if the price is right for more. The only potential downside to using this type of rope like I did is that it lengthens a bit as it unwinds, which is to be expected given the nature of the weaving. After a little wiggling at this, the seat will drop noticeably lower, but then roll back on its own when not in use as the weave tightens again. This is really only a problem in situations where the rope can unwind, such as when driving. A single rope tree swing, for example, and some might even find this useful as it also lets the rider rotate a bit, which can be more fun. The material itself does not stretch, which is very good. The material feels good and we'll see how it holds up in New England weather.
