We've had an incredible relationship with Oaky and I cannot speak highly enough of the team, especially the support provided. They're all fantastic and incredibly approachable to deal with, even if I don't have an issue I can always speak to their support team and they really make me feel valued! I don't have an issue with Oaky, but sometimes I do wish there was something more like a chat function available for hotel teams who have no access to our platform. This isn't a huge problem but sometimes it's good to be able to chat with another person about your guest to get ideas from or bounce them ideas. We use it primarily for the booking and guest engagement functionality, but also benefit from the marketing insights and data that we get, too. With our guests, we're looking to drive additional revenue and provide them with a memorable experience. Oaky have really got their stuff together and created a robust platform that we've been using for almost two years now. The ability to have multiple pricing options for guests, without having them make an account with us! It's very easy to use as well. I would like more information in regards to how they handle cancellations/refunds or if it differs than other platforms we've used previously. We are able to offer different rates at our hotel (based off of season) but not everyone wants to share all this info so being able to create groups within one platform was great.
