After a few months with the pan, the handle has become extremely problematic, in that the oil from the pan is somehow sizzling through the wood handle, causing a bubbling where the screw is, while the heat is nearly unbearable. While I like some spontaneous excitement, even danger, this is not the kind I signed up for when purchasing this product. Also, I'm finding it difficult to locate a 'contact seller' link - as such, I'm hoping this review alerts them so we can chat. I'd love a new pan as I see other reviewers' feedback is overall very pleasant! I'm willing to give a second chance. let's see how the cookie cr. sizzles.
