This is a GREAT spa for our little kennel - perfect for the cage and bird. We LOVE it EXCEPT. Plastic hooks break easily and we couldn't find a replacement part. Once that happens, you lose - the whole product is worthless - because a little catch is missing. It would be much better if they just provide a few spare hooks or make them out of a stronger material like metal. They wear out badly, supporting the weight of the hot tub, water and birds, and eventually become very brittle. I've found they snap where they curve from the top that sits on top of the hot tub to the bottom that slides under the top of the lid - that curved section feels weak and just snaps at the top rim the curvature. This is not the first time this has happened and we are out of spa. Glue doesn't hold, no tape. And the hooks won't attach as they are solid - they will slide but we have to use double sided tape to stick them in place. A minor inconvenience until the hook breaks.
