I bought this for my work to listen to music while working in a warehouse. After 3 (three) weeks after purchase, the tape recorder broke. No problem, I only listen to CDs, okay? Well it worked for several months. Now it only plays the CD I *just* opened. After this playback, it jumps like it's an old CD. This boombox is not worth [money]. The sound is tinny in the upper range, and anything remotely reminiscent of bass makes the speakers emit armpit noises. I wasn't expecting live digital sound but something better than a radio. As you can imagine, I would not recommend this tool. Go to the store and try one of these and SAVE YOUR RECEPTION! hard lesson.
