Review on ๐Ÿงฆ Discover Unparalleled Comfort with Seavenger Zephyr 3mm Neoprene Dive Socks! by Leonard Beard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Makes fins gliding easier for a teenager; protects against calluses; no cut injuries when walking on rocky surfaces.

Would happily recommend them to anyone who wants to snorkel. I ordered these for my son who was on his way to Sea Camp on the east coast of Florida. He will be snorkeling daily for a week and has been noted to be in the water for around six hours a day. We already had a mask, snorkel and fins but the camp said he would need "booties". to protect his legs. What they meant was that they needed diving boots to protect their feet from rocky spots and to help with their flippers. He just turned 13 and wears a size 7 (fast approaching 8) shoes and they fit him. They made putting on and taking off the fins ten times easier. With those neoprene babies on his feet, he didn't need to put on fins. They also helped protect his feet from blisters that sometimes come from a fin strap on his heel. As I said he was in the water about six hours a day and my son was so happy to have them. He said that with them on his feet he could walk across rocky patches in the water, including old oyster beds, without fins. The neoprene boots didn't sag in any way, he was able to grab hold of rocky spots (including docks when not in the water) and the weight of the water didn't slide in and pull down. The heat index was 105 degrees and he said he saw people walking barefoot and burned their feet compared to him. He was glad to have her instead of burning his feet. Also, his favorite color is red and he liked that he could get it red when everyone else had black.
