I love this strong parchment paper! I have to say that after almost 24 years of working in the school canteen I may have become addicted to parchment paper! I cut round pieces that fit in the bottom of the cake pan so the cake layers pop out right away! This helps a lot with messy clean-up, especially with baked chicken and pork chops or other baked goods that can cause your pans to get really messy in the oven! I place the sheet pan on the baking sheet before placing it on the cooling rack, then I place the bacon on the cooling rack and oh my gosh the bacon comes out so crispy! Parchment paper also makes a great pastry bag to steam fish until tender and then transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven, but peeling is super easy! The cookies are so pretty too, and no need to wash the greasy baking sheets, just place them on a piece of parchment! Cinnamon rolls bake really well, especially on a thick sheet of parchment! They are definitely worth your money! I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm addicted to these wonderful durable sheets of parchment!
