I was very disappointed in my purchase and returned the product after contacting Seagate Technical Support. The problem was speed and compatibility with my backup software "Acronis True Image Home 2011 Backup". Backing up to a USB 2.0 device was faster than using this product on a full gigabit network. The product came with a broken ethernet cable and that was it. I have been using Seagate products for many years and was thrilled when I first saw this product for sale, but after solving many problems I was very sad to return the product. This product has a bright future for home users and small business users after understanding why it is so slow. The lineup concept is great, but I'd wait for Seagate to fix the speed issues. The product generally prefers using the Memeo Backup software, but you can get around that with a little work.
