I like that you can add your employees without having to go through HR, or have someone else do it for me! You also don't need an office space in order use this system - which is great because we operate out of our homes as well!! There are some features such as Payroll processing time has been very slow at times (1 week). It's not always easy going back into edit mode when things get messy with certain aspects/data entry fields etc.. This software makes everything so much easier than trying all by yourself. Don’t try if there isn;'T enough room before committing money towards something new. ! If they really want people using their service then why would i give them my information? They should be giving us options other ways too instead just asking questions about how good okapi was compared against others available online.
