I like that it is easy to add new sites, amenities or events through their software system as well has being able update existing information with ease via an online portal! They have not been really proactive at keeping up-to date with changes in regulations by states for example so be sure you research all rules before booking your campsite location if this matters greatly to you (especially when using state parks). The only thing i dislike about them are there customer service reps who seem very unhelpful especially compared other companies we've used where they were much more helpful & willing/able to help out customers even after hours of troubleshooting issues etc.. It's great having such good support from astralink but some people need better training than others unfortunately which results in less friendly interactions between our campers and ourselves because staff aren't trained enough / don’t know how.
