I watched a few videos on how to do it (search chrisfix on youtube for great tutorials) and was able to implement it a day on my YJ Jeep. The kit included all the replacement parts I needed (springs, adjusters etc) except for the wheel cylinder - they are not part of this kit but I chose to replace them as well as they are cheap. I love that they even included little brake lube packets for the components that need lubrication. I highly recommend photographing everything after you've removed the drum but before disassembling the rest of the assembly. It was very helpful to have pictures to refer to as I started putting everything back together. I also suggest getting a brake spring pliers, which has a tool for removing and installing the upper springs on the handle, as well as a tool for compressing and twisting the springs that hold the brake pads. It's all about the right tools, and they're inexpensive. The only thing I didn't like about this set was the included cable routing; It was too big and the adjustment cable was against the inside of the back shoe. After cleaning I used the old one. If I didn't already have someone to rely on, I probably wouldn't be so generous in my rating. But overall I am very happy that I have quiet rear brakes and my parking brake is working again! I like that I don't have to worry about that part of my Jeep for a while and can now focus on other parts of it.
