Just what I needed. Needed new brakes on the rear of my old jeep. Excellent price. They seem to match my car. No problem, no problem. It could not be better. Now let's see how they wear.

Everything is fine here. Ideal for 98XJ. Make sure you unscrew the adjuster all the way, otherwise you may have trouble removing the drum. Mine came with all the parts, in good condition, no problems with the welding. Overall very good value for money.

This kit included everything needed to replace the rear drum brakes on my wrangler yj. The only parts I reused were the retainer plate behind the springs on the top pin and the flat bar that connects each pad just above the axle. labeled passenger/right and driver/left. Because the regulator, regulator plate and regulator leaf spring are different for each side. Learned this the hard way when it didn't fit/work properly.

Power Stop makes great products. I have used them on various vehicles over the years. This kit has everything I need for my Jeep XJ. The only issue I had was drum weights getting in the way of my aftermarket wheels. I had to file the weight down a bit (which didn't affect balance) and the wheels sat perfectly straight. Power Stop can't account for every wheel type on the ground, so I don't blame them. Don't let that put you off if you're looking to buy these as every vehicle/wheel is different.

I watched a few videos on how to do it (search chrisfix on youtube for great tutorials) and was able to implement it a day on my YJ Jeep. The kit included all the replacement parts I needed (springs, adjusters etc) except for the wheel cylinder - they are not part of this kit but I chose to replace them as well as they are cheap. I love that they even included little brake lube packets for the components that need lubrication. I highly recommend photographing everything after you've removed the
