My overall impression of Glotrends as a tech product manager was negative. They have a lot of options, but the quality wasn't there. I had trouble getting replacements or refunds for several defective or broken electronic devices I had purchased, including laptops and smartphones. In addition, they provided poor customer service, as I frequently experienced long wait times while on hold and numerous transfers before my issue was resolved. Although Glotrends has reasonable prices, I am reluctant to make another purchase due to my negative experiences with their customer support and overall product quality.
