I bought this adapter but unfortunately I had a problem getting my DisplayPort 1.4 display to work. When I emailed their customer support, they tried to help with everything. maybe, but once we confirmed that the adapter was defective, I was given the option of an exchange or my money back. Although I can't return the adapter to exchange it for a new one (due to my location situation), they still gave me a full refund.
