I bought XL and they don't even come close to fitting, the strap needs to be another 10cm longer. My forearm measures 13 inches and my biceps measure 14 inches where the belt rests. I contacted the manufacturer twice and they promised to call me back twice, they never called me back. Blacksmiths used to be the best thing you could buy, but I don't know what's up with them now. The bottom line is that if you measure over ten or eleven inches I guess an XL elbow isn't a strap. The only thing the company said was that I might have a bad gasket. So both pads are defective? however. and if you look at the sizing charts on their website, the youth XL size pillow says 10-13 inches, while the adult XL size says 7-10 inches. no attention to detail. I'm curious about ordering a youth XL, if it fits the pads will be shipped to China so maybe they sent the wrong sizing information to China and the youth XL could be larger than the adult XL. Who knows.
