I bought a set of red flannel sheets. I prewashed a set of sheets according to the label directions and placed the sheets on the bed in the guest room. The sheets stained our guest's clothes and his baby's feet reddish pink! We left the socks on the baby for the rest of the week while they were here to protect the baby's skin (which also turned pink). Luckily the bed has a mattress topper (which is now pink) so the mattress doesn't get ruined. After learning how to solve this problem, I learned that the problem of color rubbing off the fabric is called "ink bleed" and is the result of improper dyeing of the fabric. It was recommended that the sheets be sent back as they will ruin anything they touch. All other possible solutions are intended to make the fabric less soft. According to our guests, the linens aren't exactly itchy, but they're not soft either. They are beautiful but I expected "high comfort" and "coziness" as stated in the description. Very disappointed I am returning the product.
