The steps are a nice addition to my work truck, they make it easier to access the bed mounted tool box. Feels strong and durable but again I took the time to install them properly. Follow the instructions, use the correct drill bit and do not overtighten the screws or rivets. The first takes the most time, the second was much faster. As you can see from the photos I have provided, they fit snugly against the bed when not in use and slide out far enough to be used. I bought one each for both sides, note again the same kit is used for both sides, you just set it up for driver or passenger side.
