This wiring harness was easy to install and more than long enough for a side install. As has been said in previous reviews, everything is strangely connected. A power supply for relays and backlight. I'd like to see 4 wires per relay so you can activate the relay with switched power and then use full size wires for the lights. As for the backlight, I haven't connected the backlight power supply yet. I would suggest that when you cut the heat shrink from the relay there should be four wires but two pins should be tied together. When I have more time I'll take a look. So turn off the light, turn on the light Switching power is required and when not in use, the consumer can tie them together.
