Purchased for cutting curved edge patio tiles. It worked well enough. I would have preferred a carbide chisel, but it's a lot more expensive than that. The plastic mold for the handle worked great as a shock absorber and handguard, but to be honest I didn't really grieve for the thing, so I never got the ability of the plastic tested by hitting it with a small sledgehammer. My verdict is: a good option/value for small jobs. If I had to cut stone every day, I would go for a more expensive model with a high-quality carbide tip. But for jobs like removing tiles, I think the thing is fine.
