After installation I noticed that the water came out about three times faster than the Pur filter. This led me to believe that this filter does not filter very well. The Pur filter came out a lot slower when new and tasted a lot better. When this filter expired, which was indicated by the replacement LED, I weighed this used filter and it weighed a lot less than the used Pur filter. Conclusion; From the minute this filter was installed, its flavor improved only minimally, and after use it only filtered out about a third by weight of what a Pure filter could do. This is not the value you think you will get. I will never buy this product again.
