It's easy to use! The customer service team was amazing with my help when I had questions while setting up our account as we are new business owners at this time of year (just opened in May). There were no issues or problems once it came through training - very smooth process from set up/training till implementation day. We did not have any major hiccups during setup but do expect some minor bumps along the way especially if you're brand spanking NEW like us :DThe best thing about pupkeep? Their support staffs' ability to assist users who need assistance getting their boarders established quickly without hassle :) This has helped ease stress since the beginning stages of opening your doors and having clients come into town.
