I like that it has everything you need in one place with easy access to your calendar so scheduling can be efficient! I love that it's easy to create tasks and appointments. It also helps me keep track of my employees' hours so I know when they're available when we need them, which in turn keeps things running smoothly. It can be very frustrating at times with how much you have to manage your accounts. There are many different tabs/sections that could use some work. I love that it has so many options to customize what you want your clients to see when they visit their pets! It also helps me keep track of my business with reminders about events like check in/check out times etc. The only thing i don't really care for are some of the features we have had issues using them sometimes (such as our website not loading properly). It's easy to use! The customer service team was amazing with my help when I had questions while setting up our account as we are new business owners at this time of year (just opened in May). There were no issues or problems once it came through training - very smooth process from set up/training till implementation day. I like how easy it was to set up my account with them! It's so nice that they have everything you need in one place (and their customer service team can help guide your way through any questions or concerns). The only thing we haven't been able use yet are some of our favorite features such as alerts/notifications when pets leave without being picked back up which would be helpful if not too costly per user since this isn’t free afterall but overall great product!!
