Review on Switch Backlit 2010 2019 Toyota 4Runner Rear by Brian Whitmore

Adding this special Toyota dual USB port to my FJ Cruiser was a breeze. The connector fits snugly into the empty bay, accessible by removing the factory cover. Wiring is also very simple, a fuse tap was used to deliver power from the switched source and grounding was accomplished using the existing ground screw, located under the dash on the left metal panel. The only thing I didn't like about this port. There was a built in fuse holder that was included with the power cord. The fuse was a size I didn't have on hand and I felt that if I had to go out and find a replacement I might as well use a blade type fuse tap like the ones in the existing dash fuse box and take advantage. the presence of common fuses, if necessary. The USB port has two small blue LEDs that light up when the ignition is on, making it easy to find the port at night.
