I love this clinical thermometer!
This is my first meat thermometer and so far I love it. I tried it twice for pork and salmon. It opens easily and closes automatically when closed. It's magnetic so I can hang it on my fridge and grab it when I need it. It seems very accurate to me. I can finally make pork chops without overcooking them! Also, it comes with an extra battery. Seems to be great value for money!
