Great stuff! Have used it for two different rugs and gym mats.

Had high hopes for this stuff and was not disappointed. I wanted to start small and used it on a small rug over carpet. This rug always moved when you walked over it. It doesn't do that now. Next was a large area rug over a hardwood floor. This rug would always catch on my chair and did shift, it no longer does either. Finally, I put hard rubber gym mats down over laminate flooring. The mats have not moved at all and look great. I can not speak to removal of the product, but as far as adherence, it is great.
