Low efficiency still sets code p0420.

Also sets code p0420. Both O² sensors are relaxed and there are no leaks. The converter does not meet the manufacturer's specifications for exhaust gas cleaning. Probably not enough platinum group metals to keep costs down. Luckily my customer wasn't too upset because his old one installed the code and connected, so at least that was fixed. But I could do the same with a $10 pipe. Apart from all that, the quality of the rest of the converter was pretty good. Looks solid and sturdy, just can't clean the exhaust well enough.
