Not 100% waterproof BUT works
Easy to install when cart is not in use. Additional ground straps are a bonus for strong winds. When sprayed it will keep the rain out, but in regular rain and heavy downpours do NOT expect it to come off and keep you dry. That's not the case. When properly folded, you can store it in a pocket designed for storage when not in use. For the money we paid we are happy with our purchase, it's just not 100% what they advertise in terms of waterproofing.
