This is my first frother, I've wanted this for a long time. I almost bought a cappuccinatore with a small frother that foams milk, but it's too expensive for my taste. I chose this option and it did not disappoint me as it is very easy to use and comes with a good guide. I use heavy foam that is almost half filled with milk. I like to add frothed milk to 4 ounces of hot water instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of coffee with a packet of Splenda, and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. I use lactose free milk, I first heat it up in the frother, then press the high froth button and in less than a minute it's ready. The frother comes with a short cord and has an extended 2 year warranty. When everything is ready, washing is not a problem as the small component can be easily removed for washing.
