Update January 27, 2019 I should have contacted customer service before writing this review. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They advised me to put my thumb on all presses and releases. This will help suction to better seal/close the mold and then fill with water. It worked almost perfectly. I am happy now. One of them still leaks a bit, but it creates a flat side that helps the ball sit a little lower in short glasses, so it's really not bad. Whatever I try Fill up to 80% or full fill. They mostly don't end up like a ball. To make it work I have to fill it halfway, freeze, then add more water and freeze again.
