Durable and makes great ice cream balls!

I used to have plastic molds that closed. They made excellent ice balls but it was painful to take them out. I usually had to pour hot water over the mold to loosen it. However, with them I can just press up/down to push the ball out. Also, I bought them because over time I've broken all my plastic bottles by dropping them/they fell out of the freezer when I opened it. They are soft so they won't break if they fall on the floor. I love them and would 100% gift them. A good thing! (Tip: To make…

Two ice molds have small defects on the mold rim, causing half of the water to come out before freezing. Made two batches and each time the same. Two good scoops of ice cream and two halves of scoops of ice cream. One of the ice cream scoops was completely clean and the prettiest I've ever made. I have a set of 2" molds from another manufacturer and it took a little practice to get really crisp, round balls. I've done dozens. Two deserter uniforms were as good as two good ones I would give 5…

TO UPDATE. Leak

Update January 27, 2019 I should have contacted customer service before writing this review. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They advised me to put my thumb on all presses and releases. This will help suction to better seal/close the mold and then fill with water. It worked almost perfectly. I am happy now. One of them still leaks a bit, but it creates a flat side that helps the ball sit a little lower in short glasses, so it's really not bad. Whatever I try Fill up to 80% or…

Great product, fast service and easy to use

Glacio round ice cube tray. First you fill the mold to about 80% of its total volume and put it in the fridge for four to six hours. However, the ice was not completely frozen after six hours, ideally overnight. A tip if you have trouble opening the mold is to turn it upside down and rinse the bottom of the mold with warm water. This not only helps separate the two halves, but also makes it easier to remove the ice. If you want to add touch class or something else to your drinks, I recommend…
