Update January 27, 2019 I should have contacted customer service before writing this review. I contacted them and they responded immediately. They advised me to put my thumb on all presses and releases. This will help suction to better seal/close the mold and then fill with water. It worked almost perfectly. I am happy now. Glacio round ice cube tray. First you fill the mold to about 80% of its total volume and put it in the fridge for four to six hours. However, the ice was not completely frozen after six hours, ideally overnight. A tip if you have trouble opening the mold is to turn it upside down and rinse the bottom of the mold with warm water.
