It's hard to keep Not very efficient.
Doesn't hold up well. The handle should be in the middle (perhaps because of the half-empty head) and not at the back because it just swings back and forth uncontrollably when someone throws hooks (even light ones). Can usually take jabs and crosses. Also too hard. Does not absorb shock even with slight air deflation. And it smells like a Fermaldyhdi fragrance. If I can't use it for hooks I could just use a regular pad for straights.
