Review on 💽 UGREEN 2.5" Hard Drive Enclosure USB 3.0 to SATA III - 2.5 Inch SSD/HDD Case up to 6TB, UASP Compatible by Debbie Dixon

I bought three of these sleeves on Prime Day for some 2.5" hard drives that I have for archiving of files used. Two of them were tested with 2.5-inch 1 TB Seagate hard drives. Connected them to the desktop with Windows 10. The hard drives were not recognized. Disk Management saw disks but gave "disk not initialized", "disk not ready" errors. Then I saw another review that said if you use another manufacturer's USB 3.0 A to Micro Type B cable (instead of the one that came in the box), the problem goes away. Yes I tried that and voila, hard drives were detected normally. It is obvious that UGREEN has dropped in price in cables. To be honest, I don't trust UGREEN to send me better cables. with different cables.
