Review on 🎡 Insignia NS-P5113: Portable CD Player with FM Tuner and MP3 Playback in Sleek Black Design by Josh Whitehead

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It could certainly be done better, but it could also certainly be made worse.

After trying this CD player for months and reading many positive and negative reviews, I am finally posting this one in case anyone finds it useful. This particular CD walkman is fairly easy to use, with two audio jacks (one for speakers, one for headphones), a built-in AM/FM radio (it has a pretty good range) operated by a simple switch. , and everything is pretty obvious. Regardless, I have a few questions. While it certainly works, and works particularly well with a good set of headphones or earbuds in terms of sound quality, it's worth noting that it's a bit flawed at times. When using this setup when traveling I almost always need at least four sets of AA batteries as they run out pretty quickly. You save a lot of money by buying rechargeable batteries or an outlet for it. Second, the radial Play/Pause, FF/RW, Stop buttons don't work and either do the opposite or change the playback settings. Finally, as I've also learned, audio quality seems to degrade over time with battery life, with perfectly clear music on a fresh set of batteries, but then tends to turn into a chaotic mess towards the end of battery life. Excessively boosted bass (no bass boost). This is only useful if you listen to dubstep. With that in mind, it gets at least 3/5 stars at best. There is also a lack of constructive criticism these days, it is worth mentioning that if he had not eaten all my batteries at once, he would definitely have gotten another star.
