Works great on a 1998 Monte Carlo Z34

Overall this worked great replacing the A-pillar inserts on a 1998 Monte Carlo Z34. All you have to do is slightly loop the 2 tabs inside the ring so it slides over the post rod and post body. But don't grind them up, make sure they're no longer snagging on the associated rod.
