The VCT solenoids were junk

After I completed the timing kit replacement I kept getting two DTCs, P0012 and P0022. Replaced by new AutoZone solenoids. The truck runs great now! Update: It's been a few months since the synchronization work was completed. The car runs bad again. Everything indicates that the phase shifter on the driver side is falling apart. Unsatisfied. I think I'll take it down again.
